You are a feral cat (pōpoki) trying to leave the abandoned Royal Gardens subdivision on the Big Island of Hawai’i. Using dice you will journey over a recent flow field of smooth, glassy pāhoehoe lava without hurting yourself. If you can make it to Highway 130, then maybe you’ll get picked up and taken to a shelter in the nearby town of Pāhoa.
